This Refund Policy applies to all private readings and services booked with Nicole Powell.

Session Refunds

 If, within the first 5–10 minutes, either Nicole or you feel that the connection isn’t aligning energetically, the session will be respectfully ended and fully refunded

Once a session continues beyond the initial 10 minutes, the session is considered accepted and no refunds will be issued, regardless of outcome or personal satisfaction.

Missed or Late Appointments

Missed appointments, late arrivals, or failure to attend a scheduled session are non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to the session.

Right to End a Session

Nicole Powell reserves the right to end or refuse a session at any time if she believes it is not in her best interest or the client’s best interest. In such cases, refund eligibility will be determined at her discretion.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
